Telangana Free UPSC Coaching Notification Released – Apply Online
Free UPSC Coaching notification is issued by The Telangana Minorities Study Circle & Career Counseling Centre (TGMSCCCC), Hyderabad, under the Department of Minorities Welfare for free coaching for UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2027 on 05.05.2026 .
With this notification free coaching for UPSC 2027 exam will be provided during the academic year 2026-27 for eligible minority students across Telangana. According to the official notification press note released, the coaching facility will include digital classrooms, experienced faculty, library, internet, and Wi-Fi facilities. Accommodation facility is also under consideration.

Free UPSC Coaching Eligibility Criteria
Candidates belonging to minority communities can apply for the free UPSC coaching program. Candidate should be a resident of Telangana. As this is being organized by Minorities welfare department for minority communities those people are eligible .
Eligible Minority Communities include:
- Muslim
- Christian
- Sikh
- Jain
- Buddhist
- Parsi
Educational Qualification :
Candidates having General Degree (like B.A , B.sc ) and Professional Degree ( like B.Tech , B.Pharmacy ) are eligible. Candidates from all districts of Telangana are eligible to apply.
Income Limit
The annual income of parents/guardians of applicant should not exceed ₹5.00 lakh per annum.
Reservation Details
According to the official notification seat reservation is as follows
- 33.33% seats are reserved for women candidates
- 5% seats are reserved for physically challenged candidates
Telangana Free UPSC Coaching Selection Procedure
- Students seeking admission for the first time into Telangana Minorities Study Circle, Hyderabad must appear for the screening test.
- Screen test will be conducted for all applicants.
- Admissions will be provided based on merit in the screening examination.
- The screening test will be conducted at Telangana Minorities Residential Schools located at district headquarters across the state.
